KMS is dedicated to building peaceful residential and commercial outreach locations, which house two 501c3 or assitance organizations with no retail rental fees, THIS IS THE KMS PURPOSE. Each facility will be Green built neutral positive action platforms, where communities can meet and unify to address area needs. KMS staff assist where they can, helping residents to overcome their current life issues and establish their dreams. When built, events will be staged to entertain and unify location residents. We strive to help people, as we do our small part in helping with enviromental care. Members whom reside in each area will form that facilities Board of directors. They will review resident and member suggestions, acting to address the ones they can. The KMS Executive Board has final approval on each locations projected acts4LOVE.

KNOW that i, Mike Chandler, will NEVER STOP putting my time, effort, money and LOVE into KMS, as the voice of TRUTH in my head instructs me. My Thanks to Doug Grieve for his insight and tireless work. When you become a founding member and sponsor your freinds, loved ones and associate the KMS Endowment will begin to grow. KMS will place an infared camera on the job site trailer. Then members can watch through their homepage link, what our acting in agreement acheives. Member sponsorships, donations or peoples simple acts4LOVE will enable this effort to start. The model location goes on land donated to create this platform for HIS people, ALL HUMANKIND.

Project A is a model development in Waller, Texas. One-acre of land which for almost two years has housed our mobilehomes, residentially assisting people in need. One Community and project at a time, we will progress until we reach your area in pursuit of fulfilling the KMS Purpose. Please join hands by becoming a member.
The KMS Board Members agree that all actions of this organization will be for peace and the care of this planet. We shall assist as led and ask members to grow with us. Together we can put unity back in the community.

The Endowment principle will never be spent, thus creating funds for this perpetual ACT4LOVE
Interest from fund shall be handled as follows:
- 10% Reinvested in fund for growth
- 20% Administrative cost & salary
- 70% Good Works
Again, three local members will form each facilities BOARD of DIRECTORS. They shall review presentations brought to that locations attention by members and residents, acting in peaceful positive manners of assistance and support to achieve growth for the people.
We ask you to make suggestions and have patience with us, as we are few. This site will continually be under construction. Our first year focused on designing the member area and funding the Developmental Endowment. Thank you for acting to establish KMS, which strives 4 peace and unity between ALL humankind ...
